Transitioning to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle with Merissa Manley, a vegan for 12 years with A LOT of experience, is a great way to adopt a beautiful new relationship with food. She has done all the research for you. Here is what is included with this program:

4 week, 30 day course to transition into a plant-based lifestyle based on your needs

  • Week 1: Consultation 1, read book 1 in preparation

  • Week 2: Consultation 2. Go over meal plan with recipes and trip to grocery stores in town to buy ingredients. Start meal plan

  • Week 3: Consultation 3. Continue on meal plan address any issues and/or make adjustments to meal plan.

  • Week 4: Finish meal plan with final consultation. Continue plant-based lifestyle if desired.

  • Additional recipes for after 21 days meal plan. The course is 30 days, the meal plan is 21 days.

  • 4 consultations with coaching e-mail, in-person, skype, or by phone
