Six Core Method Classes with no talking. Breakdown videos with technique talks so that you improve alignment, as well as form. Each week a new class with new movement choreography.

Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Targeted training postures to tone the VAGUS nerve for deeper regulation, improved alignment and enhanced performance with steady breathing.

Dance Movement
A dynamic intermediate mix of Dance Fitness, Dance Therapy, and Classic Dance Movement Styles that strengthens your radiant body, rhythm, precision, and balance. Intense, strong 10 minute cardio choreography moves that will make you sweat!

Fitness Fusion Technique
Two sections through out the class utilizing tightening, toning and muscle sculpting precision with and without fitness and yoga accessories. Yoga asana in motion along with natural fitness movements in motion builds lean muscle mass, burns fat, hydrates skin, and conditions your system.
