An exercise method that blends three modalities in one class: Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Dance Movement, and Fitness Fusion Technique. Intensity, Flowing Sequences, and Recovery. Six Core Method Classes with no talking. Breakdown videos with technique talks so that you improve alignment, as well as form. Each week a new class with new movement choreography.

Targeted training postures to tone the VAGUS nerve for deeper regulation, improved alignment and enhanced performance with steady breathing.

Dance Movement
A dynamic intermediate mix of Dance Fitness, Dance Therapy, and Classic Dance Movement Styles that strengthens your radiant body, rhythm, precision, and balance. Intense, strong 10 minute cardio choreography moves that will make you sweat!

Fitness Fusion Technique
Two sections through out class utilizing the tightening, toning and muscle sculpting precision of a few fitness and yoga accessories such as: ankle weights, arm weights, resistance bands, a Pilates ring, yoga blocks, yoga straps, and what’s trending.

A 60-75 minute class (your choice) tailored to you.
If in-person, a 5 minute head, neck, and foot massage.
